I'm Nicole, a Holistic Wellness + Somatic Trauma Informed Parent Coach. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in parenthood—the exhaustion, the overwhelming responsibility, and the quiet ache of not feeling seen.

When I had my first child, I couldn’t recognize myself anymore and that sense of loss hit me deeply. I was buried beneath health challenges, overwhelm, burnout, and the impossible expectations placed on mothers. I realized I needed change. And I knew I couldn’t be the only parent feeling this way.

But those struggles became the catalyst for my own healing. My child was my wake-up call, leading me down a path of self-discovery, health restoration, and deep transformation.

I read all the books, listened to podcasts, read articles, took parenting classes, you name it, I did it. That journey led me to earn certifications in holistic nutrition, conscious parenting, somatic trauma-informed coaching, and holistic health coaching. But beyond the credentials, it’s my lived experience that allows me to truly connect with parents who feel just like I did, lost, unseen, and yearning to reclaim themselves.

Now, as a holistic trauma informed parent coach, my mission isn’t to “fix” you or provide a one-size-fits-all solution. In fact, I believe you don’t need to be fixed at all. I’m here to arm you with tools and insights that will empower you to take charge of your own healing journey and create the kind of family life you want, on your terms, in your own way. I’ve learned that real transformation doesn’t come from following someone else’s blueprint; it comes from tuning into your own inner wisdom.

I began to take control of my life like a full time job

My role is to guide you in unlocking that wisdom, by providing strategies and perspectives that are grounded in holistic principles, trauma-informed care, and real-life parenting experience. I’m not here to tell you how to parent but to help you reconnect with your own intuition, restore balance, and create a parenting approach that works for you and your family.
